Nuliajuk is a goddess from Inuit mythology, sent to the depths of the ocean by her own father, who cut off her fingers as she clung to the side of their kayak. What a guy! This image was created for Inhabit Media, for a project that aims to preserve indigenous culture in exciting books of mythology.
